About Our Location
Our office and workshop are located in Southwark, just a short walk from Borough Market and London Bridge station. We've been based here since 2011, and it's the hub for our design consultations and project planning.
If you're considering a project, we encourage you to visit. You can see examples of our work, review material samples, and discuss your requirements face-to-face. Most clients find this initial meeting helpful for understanding our approach and getting a sense of possibilities.
We're happy to arrange meetings outside office hours if that's more convenient. Just mention your preference when you email.
Finding Us
By Underground
The nearest stations are London Bridge (Northern and Jubilee lines) and Borough (Northern line). From either station, it's approximately an eight-minute walk. Exit onto Borough High Street, head south, and turn left onto Greenwood Lane. Our building is on the right, marked with our signage.
By Bus
Several bus routes serve the area, including the 35, 40, 133, and 343. The closest stop is Borough High Street, from which you can walk to our office in under five minutes.
By Car
Street parking is limited and subject to meter charges. We recommend using the car park on Melior Street (SE1 3QP), which is a three-minute walk from our office. Alternatively, several NCP facilities are nearby.
By Bicycle
Bicycle racks are available directly outside our building. The area is well-connected by cycle routes, including Quietway 1 which passes nearby.

Tell us about the type of work you're considering, your property location, and any timeline you have in mind. If you have specific requirements or constraints, mention those too. The more context you provide, the more useful our initial response can be.
We aim to reply to all enquiries within one working day. During particularly busy periods, it might take slightly longer, but we'll always acknowledge receipt of your message promptly.
Initial discussions and site visits for project assessment are provided at no charge. If you require extensive design consultation or detailed technical advice before committing to a project, we may suggest our paid consultation service.
While our office is in London, we regularly work across the South East and take on select projects elsewhere in the UK. Contact us with your location and project details, and we'll let you know whether we can help.
Our team is often out on site visits or at project locations, so we strongly recommend arranging an appointment to ensure someone is available to speak with you properly. This also allows us to prepare for your visit.
We'll discuss your project over email or during a brief call, then arrange a site visit if appropriate. After assessing the work in person, we'll develop a detailed proposal covering approach, timeline, and costs. There's no obligation at any stage.
